The power sector, through EPICI, submitted its work plan in the form of a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with DOE. The MOU, most recently updated in September 2006, outlines proposed implementation actions to reduce greenhouse gas emissions intensity by 2012. The power sector, in conjunction with DOE and other federal agencies, will implement the actions.
