Work Plans

The Portland Cement Association (PCA) has lead the industry effort to produce a Work Plan in collaboration with the EPA and DOE. The Plan includes an outline of the industry's proposed implementation actions to reduce greenhouse gas emission intensity by 2012 and a schedule for achieving its commitments. The industry group, with the assistance of EPA and DOE, will implement the actions.
