Climate Challenge Participation Accords and Letters of Commitment

    Individual utility participation accords and letters of commitments submitted to the Department of Energy by Climate Challenge investor owned and public utility members. Utilities with fewer than 50,000 customers submit letters of commitment while those with more than 50,000 develop individual participation accords.
