Dear Secretary O'Leary:

McMinnville Electric System agrees to participate in the Climate Challenge Program. The following outlines the actions that our utility has taken since 1991 to reduce or prevent greenhouse gas emissions.

This represents 84 trees that have been planted in our service area in the last three years.

McMinnville Electric System plans to continue this tree planting program well into the 21st century. Furthermore, McMinnville Electric Systems will report annually on a form provided by the Department of Energy/Energy Information Administration, on activities and achievements under the Climate Challenge Program.
