Dear Secretary O'Leary:

Kaysville Power and Light, Kaysville City, Utah a public utility agrees to participate in the Climate Challenge Program. We have been a member of the American Public Power Association Tree Power Program since 1993.

Attachments #1 and #2 identify the types and quantities of trees planted since 1993. The plan for our program is to plant a tree for each of our 5,400 customer by the year 1997.

Kaysville Power and Light will report annually, on a form provided by the Department of Energy/Energy Information Administration, on the activities and achievements under the Climate Challenge Program.
